Shape Robotics A/S is on a fantastic growth journey. With a stock market listing in June 2020 and a share issue in September 2021, Shape Robotics has a good foundation to be able to realize next year's growth goals. Our ambition is to be a leader in robotic technology, and we aim to be established in all the world's school systems by 2030.

Executive Management

André was previously CFO in the company and led the listing process on Nasdaq First North, he has a background as Group Financial Controller in Ellab A/S where he led the process of aligning the consolidation procedures and group accounting for the parent company in Denmark and seven subsidiaries around the world. Prior to this, André was an auditor for five years in Martinsen Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab, whilst finishing his Master in Science in Business Economics from Copenhagen Business School.

Moises is Co-founder of Shape Robotics and has 15 years experience working in the field of robotics. Experienced within supply chain management, setting up production processes in various countries, establishing QA procedures for products, CE and FCC certification of equipment. Prior to this, Moises did a Ph.D in Modular Robotics at Technical University of Denmark. During his research career he has collaborated with private institutions and businesses including the LEGO Group and Harvard University.

Board of Directors

Kasper has a 25 year background of experience in robotics, research and development. Experienced entrepreneur and Co-founder of spin-outs Universal Robots A/S and Flow Robotics A/S. Kasper has a PhD in robotics from University of Southern Denmark and currently holds a position as professor at the IT University of Copenhagen. He has published more than hundred papers on robotics research and development.

Michael has more than 35 years of investment experience in venture capital since 1999 with specific competencies in Business development, Investments, Capital Structure, Finance, and strategic management. Previously been supervised investment portfolios led to direct investment in approx. 200 companies, of which he has headed approx. 25 new investments over the last 8 years to an excess of 50 follow-up investments. Michael has previously been a board member of more than 45 companies. Among others, Aquaporin A/S (IPO), Napatech A/S (IPO) and Unidrain A/S. Michael has an MSc in Finance and International Business from Aarhus University, supplemented with an Executive Management Programme from INSEAD and Harvard Business School.

Helles skills lie in exploiting the synergies between digitalisation, leadership and learning. Certified Business and Life Coach from Manning Inspire. Participated in Executive Program at Singularity University and in Education for company board members at Niels Brock. Professor in learning technology and digitalisation and leader and founder of learnT at DTU and former director at DTU Compete - Center for Digital Learning Technology. Led a value-adding merger between DTU Informatics and DTU Mathematics into the new DTU Compute and multiplied the number of external research grants with substantial contributions to innovation. Helle is now CEO and founder of andhero after she decided to leave DTU to be a knowledge entrepreneur. Helle has a Cand. Scient. from University of Copenhagen and PhD from DTU.
