What happens when you submit a repair?
1. One of our skilled technicians will view your submission.
2. If it’s an issue that can be fixed remotely, then our support team will get back to you with a description of how to solve the issue.
3. If it’s an issue that can't be fixed remotely, then one of our talented technicians will get back to you with a prepaid return label so you can send it over to us. If the equipment is under warranty the repair costs will be covered by us. Otherwise, you’ll receive a quote on the repair.
